Grades are in!

WOW! Sean made the Dean's List and the Honor Roll his first term in Law School. The first year is always the hardest. Hooray for Sean!!!

Can you believe it?

It's been a little over one year since Sean had his surgery. In that amount of time, he has lost over 300 pounds. It's difficult to remember what Sean looked like before. So, here is photo of the "Before" Sean:

And a here is Sean today. He is happier now than I've ever seen him.

Another Loganism...

The boys and I were talking about the events of 9/11 this morning. We were discussing everything from what transpired that day to what it all meant spiritually. The boys were obviously perturbed about it all, when Logan suddenly says,

"I wish I had a Heaven Gun so I could kill Satan."

Momma's New Hobby

So, I decided to start a new hobby.

I had the kids pick out the colors they wanted.

I got them done by the first day of school.

Not too shabby for my first two sets of hats and scarves.

Logan has camouflage green,

And Ryan has "camouflage" blue.

(Ryan had to have camo, too.)

That kid makes us laugh!
